Job summary

MMS Holdings Inc. seeks a capable Proposals & Budgets professional to manage complex responses for sponsor opportunities. You will collaborate with Business Development and SMEs to craft compelling messages and accurate budgets that drive successful bids.

The role requires CRO experience, strong budgeting and memo writing, and proficiency with CRM, SharePoint, Ariba, and Workday. A focus on efficient processes and cross-functional coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of CROs and scientific & clinical data/terminology, and the drug development process.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and assess RFPs/RFIs and build responses that address sponsor requirements and differentiate MMS offering.
• Coordinate with Business Development leads and SMEs to address sponsor needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to answer sponsor questions and concerns.
• Collect specifications, build budgets outlining deliverables, pricing, resourcing, and timelines.
• Support defense of proposals and pricing to sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal and budget processes using technology to enhance deliverables and communication.
• Maintain internal proposal and response libraries.
