Qualifikationen

• 3 to 6 years’ experience in the CRO industry in proposals, pricing, and/or other related roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Scientific Discipline, Finance, or equivalent; Advanced degree preferred.
• Advanced understanding of CROs, scientific data terminology, and the drug development process.
• Experience with CRM, SharePoint (SPO), Ariba, and Workday.
• Strong track record in budgeting, pricing, and proposal management.

Aufgaben

• Interpret and respond to RFPs/RFIs and craft proposals that differentiate MMS's offering.
• Coordinate with Business Development leads and SMEs to build an operational strategy.
• Coordinate with SMEs to provide sponsor-specific responses and concerns.
• Collect specifications from SMEs and build a budget outlining deliverables, pricing, resources, and timelines.
• Support the defense of proposals and pricing to Sponsors as well as internal approvers.
• Continuously improve the proposal and budgeting process and leverage technology where appropriate.
• Maintain internal proposal and response libraries.
