We seek a Proposal Manager to coordinate cross‑functional teams and craft compelling bids for Sponsor RFPs, leveraging our budgeting and pricing expertise. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in CRO proposals, a scientific or finance background, and strong experience with CRM, Ariba or Workday.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in the CRO industry in proposals, pricing or related roles.
• Bachelors’ Degree in Scientific Discipline, Finance, or equivalent.
• Advanced degree preferred and highly proficient with records management.
• Experience mapping budgets to client grids using Ariba or Workday.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and respond to RFPs or RFIs with competitive proposals.
• Coordinate with Business Development leads and SMEs to plan strategy.
• Coordinate with SMEs to provide responses to sponsor questions.
• Collect specifications and build budgets outlining deliverables, pricing, resourcing and timelines.
• Support defense of proposals and pricing to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Continuously improve proposal processes using technology to improve quality and speed.
• Support maintenance of internal proposal and response libraries.
