MMS Holdings Inc is a data-focused CRO partnering with pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries. The role focuses on interpreting RFPs/RFIs, coordinating with SMEs, and building budgets that align with sponsor requirements and timelines.

The candidate will manage the lifecycle of complex proposals, maintain internal libraries, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables using CRM and SharePoint, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and compliance.

Formación

• 3–6 years of CRO experience in proposals, pricing or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience organizing and maintaining records related to proposals and contracts in CRM/SharePoint.
• Ability to map budgets to client grids and use client systems such as Ariba or Workday.
• Experience authoring and managing complex proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret and respond to RFPs/RFIs with compelling, differentiating messaging for Sponsors.
• Coordinate with Business Development leads and SMEs to craft operational strategies.
• Collect specifications from SMEs and build budgets detailing deliverables, pricing, resourcing and timelines.
• Support defense of proposals and pricing to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal and budget processes using technology to increase efficiency and quality.
