MMS is a data-focused CRO seeking a skilled Proposals and Commercial Operations professional to drive responsive proposals, budgets, and timelines for sponsor needs. The role collaborates with Business Development and SMEs to craft differentiated bids.

Ideal candidates bring CRO proposal experience, budget mapping skills, and proficiency with CRM, SharePoint, Ariba, Workday, and MS Office to support successful regulatory submissions and pricing strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced understanding of CROs and scientific/clinical data
• 3–6 years’ CRO experience in proposals, pricing or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline, finance, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• Proficient with CRM/SharePoint and file-retention standards
• Ability to map budgets into client grids using Ariba or Workday
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Aufgaben

• Interpret and assess RFPs/RFIs and build a differentiating response
• Coordinate with BD Leads and SMEs to address Sponsor needs
• Provide responses to Sponsor questions and concerns with SMEs
• Collect specifications and build budgets detailing deliverables, pricing, resourcing and timelines
• Support proposal and pricing defense to Sponsors and internal approvers
• Improve proposal/budget processes with technology to ensure quality and efficiency
• Maintain internal proposal and response libraries
