Job summary

MMS is a data-focused CRO supporting pharma/biotech/medical devices, with global footprint and strong regulatory expertise. This role focuses on preparing proposals and budgets, coordinating with business development and SMEs to deliver competitively priced, compliant responses for sponsor inquiries.

Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years in CRO proposals/pricing, a scientific or finance degree, and strong experience with CRM/SharePoint/Ariba/Workday.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ CRO experience in proposals, pricing or related roles.
• Experience authoring and managing complex proposals.

Responsibilities

• Interpret RFPs/RFIs and build compelling responses differentiating MMS offering.
• Coordinate with Business Development leads and SMEs to craft operational strategy addressing Sponsor needs.
• Coordinate with SMEs to respond to Sponsor questions and concerns.
