Job summary

MMS Holdings Inc is seeking a Proposal & Commercial Operations professional to lead responses to sponsor RFPs/RFIs, coordinate with subject matter experts, and build clear budgets showing deliverables and pricing. The role emphasizes lifecycle management of proposals and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will work with CRM, SharePoint, Ariba and Workday, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables to sponsors and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of CROs and scientific/clinical data and drug development processes.
• 3 to 6 years’ experience in the CRO industry in proposals, pricing, and related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, finance, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in organizing and maintaining records related to proposals and contracts using CRM, SharePoint, and related systems.
• Ability to map budgets into client grids and use client systems such as Ariba or Workday.
• Experience in authoring and managing complex proposals and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and respond to RFPs/RFIs and craft a compelling, differentiating proposal.
• Coordinate with BD leads and SMEs to develop an operational strategy addressing Sponsor needs.
• Gather specs from SMEs and build budgets outlining deliverables, pricing, resourcing, and timelines.
• Support defense of proposals and budgets to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal/budget processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain internal proposal/response libraries.
