Job summary

MMS Holdings Inc is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the development of competitive CRO proposals. You will coordinate with subject matter experts, create budgets, and ensure timely, compliant responses for sponsor opportunities.

You will leverage CRM, Ariba, Workday and SharePoint to manage records and deliverables, driving excellence in proposal quality and client satisfaction. This role emphasizes collaboration and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years’ experience in CRO proposals, pricing, and/or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Scientific Discipline, Finance, or equivalent; Advanced degree preferred.
• Highly proficient with CRM, SharePoint (SPO) and CRM retention processing.
• Ability to map budgets into client grids and use client systems such as Ariba or Workday.
• Excellent MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and assess RFPs or RFIs and build responses addressing sponsor requirements.
• Coordinate with Business Development Leads and SMEs to craft operational strategy.
• Coordinate with SMEs to provide sponsor-specific responses and concerns.
• Collect specifications and details from SMEs and draft budgets with deliverables, pricing, resourcing, and timelines.
• Support defense of proposals and pricing to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Continuously improve proposal and budget development processes using technology.
• Maintain internal proposal and response libraries.
