Job summary

GFT is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join our BD&M team in a fully remote capacity. This role supports capital public works proposals for agencies such as Caltrans and Metro.

The successful candidate will manage kickoff, reviews, and compliance, coordinating with technical teams and graphics to deliver compelling RFP responses. We prefer applicants with 3+ years of proposal experience and a degree in marketing/communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business or applicable field.
• Minimum 3 years of combined prior proposal experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, facilitate, and document simple proposal kick-offs and color reviews.
• Coordinate with proposal team and stakeholders for timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare compliance matrices/outlines for RFP/SOQ requirements and schedule tasks.
• Incorporate content from technical teams and coordinate input from subconsultants.
• Enter key proposal milestones into CRM and support sales interview teams as needed.
