GFT is seeking a remote Business Development & Proposal Manager to join our West Team with experience in Transportation clients. The role supports cradle-to-grave BD activities, from client management through proposal development, across regional or global teams.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating proposals, leading capture planning, and managing client relationships. Requires California experience and a 4-year degree.

Qualifications

• Normally a 4-year degree required in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or applicable field.
• Must have the requisite experience in California.

Responsibilities

• May supervise one or more assistant proposal specialists/proposal specialists.
• Manage proposal workload and resourcing for regional or global business development team.
• Lead capture planning support and ensure alignment with business lines.
• Develop client and teaming relationships and manage client management plans for a single business line.
