Job summary

GFT is seeking a Business Development & Proposal Manager to join our West Team with remote work and California project experience. The role encompasses cradle-to-grave BD support, proposal development, and capture planning, coordinating across MARCOM and client management.

Senior responsibilities include leading interviews, win themes, and resource organization. The position requires a 4-year degree and experience in California, with a track record in complex, multi-regional pursuits and staff

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year degree in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or applicable field.
• Experience in California is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave BD support from client management through proposal development.
• Manage multiple large, long-term pursuits concurrently.
• Oversee interview development and provide input/oversight with the Manager.
• Coordinate win themes and resources for overall proposal effort.
• Identify opportunities in the pipeline and drive Capture Planning with the business line.
