Job summary

GFT is seeking a Business Development & Proposal Manager to join our West Team serving California and nearby states. The role follows a remote work model and requires experience with transportation clients in California, with opportunities to lead cradle-to-grave BD support for regional or global lines.

You will manage proposals, guide capture planning, and develop win themes while coordinating with marketing and client teams.

Qualifications

• Typically a 4-year degree in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field is required.
• Must have the requisite experience in California.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large, long-term pursuits concurrently.
• Oversee cradle-to-grave BD support through proposal development.
• Manage proposal teams and allocate tasks.
• Develop capture plans and drive opportunity research.
• Coordinate with MARCOM and CRM for strategic plans.
• Foster client and teaming relationships to expand opportunities.
