Job summary
GFT seeks a Proposal Specialist to join its BD&M team in the West region with a fully remote work model. The role emphasizes coordinating proposal development for capital public works and government clients, with 3+ years of proposal experience and strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills.
Responsibilities include kick-off facilitation, compliance analysis, tasks coordination, CRM updates, and collaboration with graphic designers.
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business or applicable field or a technical/scientific discipline related to GFT's core business.
- Minimum 3 years of combined prior proposal experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate proposal kickoff, color reviews, and milestones per best practices.
- Support proposal team with compliance matrices and schedules.
- Coordinate inputs from technical, graphics, legal, HR, and finance teams.
- Enter key milestones into CRM and track progress.
- Assist sales interview teams under senior manager oversight.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop proposals and presentations.
