MMS is a data-focused CRO helping pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients with trial data and regulatory submissions. The Proposals team leads responses to sponsor RFPs/RFIs, builds budgets, and coordinates across subject matter experts to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals.

The role emphasizes advanced CRO knowledge, budget development, and lifecycle management of complex proposals, with collaboration across BD, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced CRO knowledge and understanding of clinical data and drug development.
• 3 to 6 years’ CRO experience in proposals, pricing or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline, finance, or equivalent.
• Proficient in CRM/SharePoint; strong records retention and organization.
• Ability to map budgets to client grids and use Ariba or Workday.
• Excellent prioritization and deliverable lifecycle management.
• Extensive experience in authoring and managing complex proposals.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Interpret RFPs/RFIs and craft proposals that differentiate MMS offering.
• Coordinate with Business Development leads and SMEs to build strategy.
• Coordinate with SMEs to respond to sponsor questions.
• Collect specs from SMEs and build a budget with deliverables and timelines.
• Support defense of proposals and pricing to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal processes using technology to close gaps and enhance communication.
• Maintain internal proposal and response libraries.
