• Provide feedback on responsibilities under Lease terms.
• Prepare legal notice and casualty letters for lease requirements.
• Interact with Landlords to ensure timely repairs under Lease terms.
• Set deadlines for self-help rights with management approval.
• Monitor reimbursements from Landlords for self-help items.
• Update Site Link with areas under responsibility and doc verification.
• Research information for Estoppels and Waivers for Real Estate Law.
