Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Lease Compliance Analyst to enforce lease provisions for assigned regions and assist with CAM reconciliations, real estate taxes, and insurance. Travel may be required.

You will review landlord co-tenancy, perform audits, and draft responses; support PD Sitelink enhancements and coordinate with landlords to resolve disputes. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must understand lease terminology and interpret lease clauses.
• Property accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Multi-tasking ability and self-starting attitude.
• Strong PC skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review Landlord co-tenancy reports to determine lease compliance; draft claim letters.
• Analyze CAM, Real Estate Tax, and Insurance reconciliations; perform audits.
• Tie out Landlord receivable balances and investigate overcharges.
• Contribute to development of PD Sitelink lease software; lead UAT.
• Serve as primary Ross contact with Landlords on CAM, taxes, and insurance.
• Review estoppel/waiver requests and CERs for notice requirements.
• Draft responses and summaries for internal review; support other projects.
