Ross Stores, Inc. seeks a Lease Audit Manager to oversee all aspects of lease audit and compliance for company and leased properties.

You will train auditors, drive process improvements, and mentor a team while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk controls. The role involves coordinating with Real Estate Management, Risk Management, and external auditors, and requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a track record in retail property management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in property management field in a retail environment.
• 5 years property management experience in retail environment and 3+ years supervisory experience in a corporate setting.
• Excellent verbal and written skills; finance background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee training and development of Lease Auditors to meet department goals.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms and manage rent, expenses, co-tenancy, and audits.
• Provide guidance on landlord disputes and coordinate with internal/external auditors for SEC & SOX needs.
• Review auditor responses on Estoppels, Waivers, CERs, and co-tenancy claims for accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between Real Estate Management, Risk Management, and lessors to resolve issues.
