Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager of Lease Administration to lead a team of Lease Analysts, oversee client and landlord relationships, and ensure accurate lease data across accounts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease) or similar.
• Experience managing global multi‑line accounts with 1,000+ leases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and lead a team of Lease Analysts.
• Serve as the main client contact and oversee relationships with landlords, brokers, and account managers.
• Maintain QA processes and ensure accurate lease abstraction and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, reports, and communication plans for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate account transitions and setup, and monitor contract boundaries and fees.
