Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an experienced Inside Property Claims Adjuster located in the United States. The role handles personal and commercial property losses, including structural damage, contents, ALE, scheduled property, and business income, via phone and remote channels.

You will collaborate with independent adjusters, contractors, and internal teams to resolve claims in line with policy coverage and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as inside property claims specialist or equivalent.
• College degree in insurance or business or related field.
• Knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation and settlement.

Aufgaben

• Investigate and resolve property claims for personal and commercial properties.
• Communicate with policyholders via phone and remote channels; explain decisions.
• Coordinate with independent adjusters and contractors for inspections.
• Assist resolution specialists on tasks like contents valuation and depreciation holds.
• Follow established procedures for coverage verification, loss investigation, and settlement.
• Meet productivity targets for claim elements per month.
• Support catastrophe claims, including potential overnight travel when needed.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriting, and other stakeholders.
