Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) to handle phone-based and remote property claims in the United States. The role covers personal and commercial losses, including structural damage, contents, ALE, and business income, with collaboration across internal teams and external adjusters.

You will manage investigations, valuations, settlements, and maintain compliance, aiming to close claims efficiently while delivering exceptional service to policyholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as inside property claims specialist or equivalent in insurance.
• Knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, settlement.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial property products and coverage.
• Ability to investigate, assess documentation and damages, and reach settlements.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses within six months.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims across personal and commercial lines.
• Deliver responsive, customer-focused service via phone and remote channels.
• Coordinate with independent adjusters and contractors for inspections.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation calculations.
• Maintain compliance with established claims procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Meet productivity targets and support catastrophe claims when needed.
