Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States. The role handles both personal and commercial property losses, investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving claims primarily by phone and remote channels.

You will collaborate with independent adjusters and preferred contractors to support accurate, timely claim resolution while following policy coverage and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• College degree or equivalent education in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, settlement techniques.

Aufgaben

• Investigate and resolve property claims including structural damage, contents, ALE, scheduled property, and business income.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels to explain decisions and provide a professional claims experience.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections and service quality.
• Assist resolution specialists with tasks such as contents valuation and depreciation holdback calculations.
• Follow established claims procedures for communication, coverage verification, loss investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement.
• Meet productivity targets, including a minimum of 70 claim elements per month (or 85 for contents-focused roles).
• Support catastrophe claims operations within the service territory, including travel as needed.
• Collaborate with teams across agents, underwriting, and marketing to ensure smooth processes.
