Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) in the United States. This remote, full-time role handles personal and commercial property losses, coordinating with adjusters and contractors for timely settlements.

You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims while ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a responsive claims experience for policyholders.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent in insurance.
• College degree or equivalent education in insurance or business.
• Knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial property policies and coverage.
• Ability to investigate thoroughly, assess damages, and reach settlements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and record-keeping.
• Willingness to obtain adjuster licenses within six months.
• Ability to support catastrophe claims as needed.
• Experience with commercial property claims.
• Continuing education through IIA, CPCU, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve property claims across personal and commercial lines, including damage assessment and settlements.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels, explaining decisions and providing a professional experience.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections and quality control.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation holdback calculations.
• Follow established procedures for communication, coverage verification, loss investigation, valuation, reporting, and settlement.
• Meet productivity targets for claim elements per month, including contents-focused targets.
• Support catastrophe claims across the service territory, including overnight travel if needed.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriting, marketing, and other stakeholders.
