Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States. This full-time remote role involves investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving property insurance claims for personal and commercial losses, including structural damage, contents, ALE, scheduled property, and business income, while coordinating with adjusters and contractors.

• College degree in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement techniques.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial property insurance products and claims handling procedures.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims, including structural damage, contents, ALE, scheduled property, and business income.
• Deliver customer-focused claims service via phone and other channels.
• Coordinate external claims support with contractors and independent adjusters.
• Maintain compliance and documentation of claims workflow and policy coverages.
• Contribute to catastrophe claims response when needed.
