Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve personal and commercial property claims, including damage and ALE.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels to explain decisions and provide service.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters to support timely resolution.
• Maintain compliance with claims procedures and documentation.
