Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent in insurance.
• Strong negotiation skills for claim settlements.
• Excellent communication with policyholders, agents, and vendors.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims for personal and commercial properties.
• Communicate coverage decisions and provide a professional claims experience.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections and repairs.
