Travelers is offering an Associate Claim Rep, Outside Property, with comprehensive training in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation. The program focuses on 1st party property claims and can be done remotely with work at residential or commercial locations.

Expected to develop skills to handle claims independently after 9–12 months. Requires ability to obtain licenses and readiness for catastrophe deployments as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); willingness to learn claims management software.

Mansioni

• Actively participate in structured training classes on policies, processes, systems and tools.
• Review and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants and witnesses.
• Investigate and evaluate relevant facts and documents affecting claims.
• Determine and apply coverage for building damages.
• Establish accurate scope of damages for losses and prepare estimates.
• Provide timely, professional communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate claim activity in management systems.
