Travelers is seeking an Outside Property Associate Claim Representative to support insureds in Bloomsburg, Hazleton, and Williamsport, PA. The position offers remote work with a company vehicle issued for the role and requires relocation-related readiness.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program covering insurance policies, claim processes, and estimation systems while developing skills to manage 1st party property claims with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree and one year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn claims management and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers.
• Determine and apply coverage for building damages per policy terms.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems.
