Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2 years property claim experience or completion of Travelers training program.
• Active adjuster license, where applicable.
• Proficiency in claims management and estimating software; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under limited supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party vendors.
• Investigate and evaluate facts; determine coverage for property damages.
• Establish accurate scope of damages and support estimates.
• Provide timely, professional communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate with contractors or insured's representatives.
• Maintain claim activity records in systems.
• Adapt to new technology and AI tools while maintaining service quality.
• Possibly travel within assigned territory; may require relocation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
