Travelers is seeking an Associate Claim Rep, Outside Property, to begin with comprehensive training in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation while working alongside experienced claim professionals.

This 9-12 month program focuses on developing skills to handle 1st party property claims, with remote work options and potential deployment to other states. Licensing requirements may apply and will be pursued as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured training covering policies, claim processes, and systems.
• Review and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and witnesses.
• Learn to investigate and evaluate facts to determine coverage.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems.
