Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is hiring an Associate Claim Rep, Outside Property, to support insureds and agents in the northwestern Denver, CO area. You will receive comprehensive training in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation while working with experienced professionals.

The program lasts 9–12 months, after which you will handle claims independently, with opportunities to progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement within established authority.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering policies, claims processes, systems, and procedures.
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers.
• Determine coverage and scope of damages per policy terms.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders.
