Travelers in Colorado is seeking an Associate Claim Rep, Outside Property, to join our training program in handling 1st party property claims. You will learn with experienced adjusters, gaining skills in policy interpretation, documentation, and customer communication while working remotely across the Denver metro area.

During a 9–12 month program, you will develop the foundation to manage claims independently, with support for licensing and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn claims software.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and providers.
• Learn to determine coverage and estimate damages per policy terms.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems.
