Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) for a remote, full-time role in the United States. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property claims for both personal and commercial losses, coordinating with adjusters and contractors to ensure timely settlement.

The role requires strong investigative judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple claims while complying with policy coverage and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent in insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in insurance or business.
• Strong investigative, negotiation, and settlement skills.
• Knowledge of property insurance products, coverage, and claims handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve personal and commercial property claims, including damages and ALE.
• Communicate with policyholders via phone and other channels to explain decisions.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections and service quality.
• Support catastrophe claims and maintain accurate documentation and licensing compliance.
