Jobgether is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States. Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property insurance claims via phone-based and remote communication channels, covering personal and commercial property losses including ALE and business income.

You will coordinate with adjusters and contractors to ensure timely resolution and adherence to policy provisions.

Formación

• Relevant experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent role in insurance.
• College degree or equivalent education in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation and settlement methods.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial property insurance, policy coverage and claims procedures.
• Ability to investigate claims, assess documentation and damages, exercise judgment and settle appropriately.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with policyholders, agents and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve property claims including structural damage, contents, ALE, scheduled property and business income.
• Deliver customer-focused claims service via phone and other channels.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections and services.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation holds.
• Follow established claims procedures for communication, coverage verification, loss investigation and settlement.
• Meet productivity targets for claim elements per month.
• Support catastrophe claims operations across service territory with overnight travel if needed.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriting and sales teams.
