Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead retail commercial real estate projects from planning through closeout. The role is remote with approximately 25% travel to client sites nationwide and requires coordinating with clients, budgets, schedules, and governance.

You will mentor teammates, manage risk, and ensure data integrity while delivering projects that meet objectives and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; LEED AP / PMP / CCM preferred.
• Retail commercial real estate construction project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
• General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices and reading drawings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects.
• Interface directly with clients to prepare project elements, scope, budget and milestones.
• Define project delivery resources, issue RFPs, evaluate bids and recommend resources.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, track progress, and report status and variances.
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to reduce project risks.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Mentor others and share knowledge across related job fields.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE/Turner & Townsend values.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, and project activities within teams.
