Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States seeks an Associate Project Manager to provide advanced administrative support on construction projects, including documentation, budgeting, reconciliations, and reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• AEC experience in construction project management or owner's rep.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Kahua experience required.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and understand leases and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support project management to manage budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk.
• Handle data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, purchase orders, invoicing and reporting.
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity.
• Track progress against budgets and timelines, report variances and craft action plans.
• May lead smaller projects and coordinate third-party resources.
