Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for national retail client accounts. The role is remote with about 25% travel to client sites, managing commercial real estate projects from initiation through completion.

You will interface with clients, prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensure governance and data integrity across project stages. Strong communication and CRE experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects.
• Interface with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets and schedules.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Implement project documentation governance per requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Build action plans, track progress, and report status.
