Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee regional retail bank renovation projects. This remote role requires up to 25-30% travel within the Eastern or Central time zones.

You will coordinate design, construction, and occupancy, working with clients to define scope, budget, schedule, and risk, while leading cross-functional teams.

A strong background in real estate, project management, and certifications is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Financial services client experience and retail construction program highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Kahua or MS Project experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities with minimal disruption.
• Prepare scope, budget, work plan, milestones, quality control, and risk.
• Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists and run RFPs.
• Develop charter and integrated timeline; keep projects on schedule.
• Lead meetings to review status and escalate issues as needed.
• Coach team members and drive solutions across multi-discipline teams.
