Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee and manage various Commercial Real Estate projects for a large client with facilities across the U.S. The PM will lead high-end renovation projects from initiation through completion, coordinating budget, schedule and procurement while interfacing directly with clients.

The role requires 40%–50% travel and the work location will be an assigned Turner & Townsend office based on hiring location and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience; experience with high-rise interiors and demanding clients is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with commercial high-end interior projects, data centers, or mission-critical environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements, contracts and construction documents; proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for multiple high-end renovation projects from planning through closeout.
• Interface with clients to define requirements, prepare scope, budget, and milestones.
• Coordinate resources, oversee procurement, and conduct bid analyses.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and manage change orders and documentation governance.
• Facilitate meetings and report project status to leadership and clients.
• Ensure schedule adherence and budget control across multi-discipline teams.
