Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for a multi-use facility client account. The role leads projects from initiation through completion, with responsibilities across planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.

The position may require up to 50% travel regionally, mainly in the Eastern Time Zone, and emphasizes governance, risk management, and data integrity to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or other ERP platform.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages, fractions and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for single real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, budget, schedule, quality control and risk.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFQs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule; track progress and report status.
