You will manage planning, forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed setting, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are aligned.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Drive day-to-day execution of assigned projects and workstreams.
• Monitor progress against milestones and identify schedule risks early.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, IT, data, reporting, and business teams.
• Facilitate resolution of project issues and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Prepare weekly project status reports.
• Escalate risks and decisions requiring leadership attention.
