This remote role leverages your strong organizational and communication skills to drive successful delivery. You will coordinate UAT, readiness, and go-live activities, ensuring accurate documentation, RAID logging, and clear executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience facilitating meetings and driving stakeholder accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Drive day-to-day execution of assigned projects and workstreams.
• Monitor progress against key milestones and identify schedule risks early.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, IT, data, reporting, and business teams.
• Facilitate issue resolution and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Schedule and facilitate recurring project meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
• Track action items, decisions, and follow-ups through completion.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technology partners.
• Prepare weekly project status reports.
• Escalate risks, issues, and decisions requiring leadership attention.
• Communicate project updates clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain RAID logs covering Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.
• Proactively identify and track project risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate UAT, validation, and business readiness activities.
• Track testing progress, defects, and remediation efforts.
• Support go-live readiness reviews and deployment planning.
