Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Program Lead to provide leadership and execution support for critical finance transformation initiatives. This remote role partners with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Data, and Technology teams to drive process improvements and system optimization across a global environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong finance transformation expertise with business analysis, program management, and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years leading Finance Transformation or Enterprise Transformation programs.
Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.
Deep understanding of Finance processes: Revenue Recognition, O2C, Tax operations, and Financial Reporting.
Strong project and program management capabilities with a track record of execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, O2C, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
Assess current-state finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models to identify improvements.
Define future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
Lead process optimization focused on efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
Partner with Finance and Technology to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and system effectiveness.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and change impacts while ensuring timely delivery.
Establish KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
