Job summary

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive transformation initiatives for a major financial technology organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage 3–5 projects concurrently, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and within scope.

You’ll collaborate with business analysts, application developers, testing, documentation, and training teams, prepare executive readouts, and track risks and dependencies while using Microsoft Project, Confluence, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience driving moderately complex projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional and cross-departmental teams.
• Ability to manage 3–5 projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Confluence, and Clarity.
• Experience delivering executive readouts and tracking risks and dependencies.
• On-site work in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities

• Drive moderately complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Lead cross-functional, cross-departmental teams for delivery.
• Manage 3–5 projects concurrently in a high-speed transformation.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, testing, doc, and training teams.
• Support documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and provide leadership visibility.
• Prepare and deliver executive status readouts.
• Utilize MS Project, Confluence, and Clarity for planning and tracking.
• Work with robotics/automation as part of transformation.
