ManpowerGroup, the parent company of Experis, is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Program/Project Manager to drive finance transformation initiatives across a global enterprise. This remote role partners with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate decision-making and efficiency, delivering strategic programs with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Competenze

8+ years of project or program management experience.
Experience leading finance transformation, business transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
Strong understanding of finance processes including AP, AR, Fixed Assets, FP&A, accounting operations, or shared services.
Demonstrated success working with executive stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead complex projects independently.

Mansioni

Lead finance transformation and process improvement initiatives from planning through execution.
Drive programs involving ERP modernization, AI-enabled process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
Partner with executive leadership, finance teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
