The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, and analytics, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables, and guiding go-live readiness and post-implementation activities, while operating in a remote, contract capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience with cross-functional business and technology projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Finance, IT, and business teams.
• Facilitate meetings, track actions, and ensure deliverables are completed.
• Prepare weekly status reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID logs and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate UAT, validation, and readiness activities.
• Support go-live planning and post-implementation activities.
• Maintain governance artifacts and meeting minutes.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Influence stakeholders and remove delivery roadblocks.
