Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an IT Program Manager – ERP Transformation to lead enterprise ERP initiatives from planning through go-live and stabilization. The role partners with business leaders, vendors, and system integrators to deliver measurable outcomes that scale across the organization.

You will drive cross-functional delivery, manage budgets and roadmaps, and govern agile streams across multiple teams to ensure timely, high-quality implementations aligned with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT program and delivery management experience.
• Proven ERP implementation leadership and enterprise transformation background.
• Strong Agile delivery, governance, and delivery tracking experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with executives and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programs, including ERP implementations, ERP transformation, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and delivery roadmaps.
• Drive Agile execution across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholder groups.
• Use Agile tools for backlog management, sprint planning, dashboards, and governance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment, transparency, and progress.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with a proactive approach.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee requirements gathering, testing, release planning, deployment readiness, and stabilization.
• Lead ERP transformation activities including data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
• Provide executive status reporting, governance materials, and escalation recommendations.
• Manage program financials, budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align outcomes with business objectives and strategy.
