Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives involving planning, forecasting, reporting, and technology-driven business improvements. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and deliverables, track risks and dependencies, and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate project execution across Finance, IT, business stakeholders, data, reporting, and change management teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Prepare weekly status reports and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, and readiness activities.
• Support go-live planning, deployment, hypercare, and post-implementation activities.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, decision logs, and governance artifacts.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digital transformation.
• Influence stakeholders, resolve delivery roadblocks, and maintain accountability across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
