Job summary

Clearsulting is seeking an Associate Consulting Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives for clients across industries from assessment to post-implementation support.

You will manage workstreams, build client relationships, and develop expertise in financial close, procure-to-pay, and related technologies while guiding analysts and delivering actionable, data-driven insights in a collaborative hybrid/remote setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience applying consulting, finance, accounting, operations, risk or technology skills to solve business problems in a professional services or industry environment.
• 3+ years of experience with project management and change management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle, including current-state assessment, requirements gathering, future-state process and solution design, configuration or development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Own assigned workstreams and client-ready deliverables by planning activities, facilitating working sessions, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress and risks, and producing clear documentation, recommendations, and training materials.
• Analyze current-state processes, data, controls, and technology to identify root causes, evaluate improvement opportunities, and develop clear, data-informed recommendations that balance business needs, risk, and implementation feasibility.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, communicate progress and risks proactively, resolve issues within your scope, and identify opportunities to create additional value for clients and Clearsulting.
• Develop functional and technical expertise in financial close, procure to pay or business advisory; working with technologies like Blackline, Coupa, Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric, Rossum, Savant Labs and others.
• Contribute to Clearsulting’s growth by sharing knowledge, developing reusable tools and methodologies and supporting internal initiatives.
• Review the work of analysts and seniors, provide actionable feedback, and share practical approaches that strengthen individual and team capability.
