Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Program Lead to provide leadership and execution support for critical finance transformation initiatives. This remote role partners with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Data, and Technology teams to drive process improvements and systems optimization across a complex global environment.

The ideal candidate combines deep finance transformation expertise with program management and stakeholder leadership, capable of hands-on requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is required.
• MBA or related master’s degree is preferred.
• PMP/CPA/CBAP or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
• Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, O2C improvements, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
• Assess current-state processes, systems, controls, and operating models for improvements.
• Define future-state solutions and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance, milestones, and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
• Lead process optimization for efficiency, scalability, compliance, and excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Technology to improve data quality and reporting.
• Monitor risks and change impacts; ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Establish KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
