Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years progressively more responsible related work experience.
• Understanding of a research study and its conduct and how objectives contribute to program goals.
• High accuracy, discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Supervise project support team and provide development feedback.
• Develop, monitor, and track project timelines; identify off-track tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and manage vendor contracts.
• Assist with proposal development and grant-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with contract and grant specifications in project work.
